DESCRIPTION: This fall, the Bay Area Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society will be volunteering at local schools from October 22 to November 2, 2018 as part of the ACS Constitution in the Classroom program. Please consider joining us in spending an hour or two discussing the Constitution with students. First time volunteers should join us for one of the brief training sessions that will be held in San Francisco and San Jose. Returning volunteers are always welcome to teach, do not need to attend another training session, and will receive an email in mid-September about specific opportunities.\n\nWhat is Constitution in the Classroom?\n\nConstitution in the Classroom brings ACS members into primary and secondary classrooms to raise awareness of fundamental constitutional principles.
