State Bar of Wisconsin, a case concerning whether mandatory state bar dues violate First Amendment protections on speech after the Court’s decision concerning mandatory union dues in Janus v. American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees. \n\nAlthough the Supreme Court has declined cert. in Jarchow, the issue continues to be litigated, both in another Wisconsin case and in a number of cases in other states.
