DESCRIPTION: The ACS Los Angeles Lawyer Chapter is seeking applicants for our Board of Directors! Members of the Board are responsible for organizing the Chapter's activities, including panel and speaker events, happy hours, special projects (such as the Constitution in the Classroom program), fundraising, and coordination with ACS staff and student chapters at local law schools. Board members must be active members of ACS (you can join or renew here), and are expected to commit, on average, five hours per month to the Chapter for a term of one year. Duties include attendance at monthly board meetings (many of which occur by phone), committee work, and promoting/attending Chapter events.\n\nTo apply, please click here.
