More than a year after sexual harassment allegations from women leaders in the legal profession brought the #MeToo movement to the legal field, this panel will discuss the continuing challenges of sexual harassment in the legal profession from law school through partnership.\n\nDoes our profession present unique barriers to addressing harassment? How is sexual harassment connected to the lack of diversity in our workplaces and to other forms of discrimination and workplace inequity? How can lawyers become leaders in changing our own workplaces so that we can be authentic leaders in addressing harassment for our clients and society?
