DESCRIPTION: The American Constitution Society UHLC Chapter is proud to announce our biggest event of the year - 'Coffee, Tea, and Solidarity': we will be hosting Alicia Junco, the Associate General Counsel at Service Employees International Union, and Emily Pitre, Katie Jones, and Madeline Gierkey, organizers at Starbucks Workers United. SBWU has made a lot of movement in the Houston area recently and we're so excited to discuss and celebrate these achievements.\n\nDinner and drinks will be catered by Coffee-Q, which is a coffee and barbecue fusion establishment!\n\nThe administration has so graciously allowed us to use the Foundation Room for this dinner event, which will be on Wednesday, March 29th at 5:30 pm.\n\nJoin us for a discussion about the local labor movement, its recent successes, and how students and attorneys can get involved!\n\nFor details, click here: https://getinvolved.acslaw.org/component/events/event/1305
