DESCRIPTION: The Tennessee Freedom Circle and ACS Nashville seek to bring lawyers together to be prepared to work on the legal issues that will arise in a post-Dobbs Tennessee. The training will focus on educating lawyers about the current state of the law in Tennessee and how patients and their health care will be affected after the Supreme Court’s Dobbs v. JWHO decision.
