Advocates from the Bay Area appeared before the Supreme Court in some of its biggest cases this Term, on issues including discrimination against employees based on sexual orientation or gender identity, the “ministerial exception” to antidiscrimination laws, the Administration’s attempted rollback of the DACA program, and the standard for bringing claims of race discrimination under a Reconstruction-era law. Join the ACS Bay Area Lawyer Chapter and a distinguished panel of experts to hear the story behind each of their landmark cases at the Court this Term.
