Please join the ACS Minnesota Lawyer Chapter for a rescheduled conversation with Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty on how modern prosecutorial strategies can strengthen community safety, fairness, and trust in the justice system. Drawing on both data-driven initiatives and community partnerships, Attorney Moriarty will discuss innovative approaches that enhance transparency and accountability in prosecution.
She will also provide an update on the ongoing response to the high-profile federal law enforcement investigations, including the fatal federal agent-involved shootings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis. The conversation will be moderated by Ashley Repp, attorney at Dorsey & Whitney and Past President of ACS Minnesota Board of Directors.
