Please join the ACS Arizona Lawyer Chapter and the ACS University of Arizona Student Chapter for another event with the Arizona SCOTUS review dream team, Dean Toni Massaro and Ninth Circuit Judge Andrew Hurwitz. They are once again joined by Professor Shalev Roisman in discussion about major Executive Branch cases from OT 2023, including Trump v. Anderson, Trump v. United States, and Loper Bright v. Raimondo, with commentary on the Term more generally. The discussion will follow up on the ACS program from March 2024 covering these themes, with a look at the cases decided since March and their unfolding doctrinal and political consequences.
