They are once again joined by Professor Shalev Roisman in discussion about major Executive Branch cases from OT 2023, including Trump v. Anderson, Trump v. United States, and Loper Bright v. Raimondo, with commentary on the Term more generally. The discussion will follow up on the ACS program from March 2024 covering these themes, with a look at the cases decided since March and their unfolding doctrinal and political consequences.
