Please join the ACS Oregon and Washington State Lawyer Chapters for a hybrid discussion on United States v. Rahimi, a case in which the U.S. Supreme Court will decide the issue of whether 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(8), which prohibits the possession of firearms by persons subject to domestic violence restraining orders, violates the Second Amendment on its face. We will talk about the implications of a decision in this case on the future of efforts to protect domestic abuse survivors.

Featuring:

Sarah Sabri, Sr. Assistant Attorney General, Criminal Justice Division, Oregon Department of Justice
