Vanderbilt ACS hosted Michelle Kallen, Rohini Tashima, and Judge AliKhan to discuss appellate advocacy and their paths to working on appellate and Supreme Court litigation. As former solicitor generals and appellate judges, they spoke on the differences between advocating at the trial and appellate levels and gave advice based on their own career paths.
