Join the Oregon Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society, the Oregon Hispanic Bar Association, and the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association for a panel discussion about the origins and current effect of Oregon's 31-year old disentanglement or "sanctuary" law, ORS 181A.820, and ballot measure 105 that seeks to repeal it.
