Please join the ACS Florida Lawyer Chapters for a Florida Supreme Court 2022 year in review discussion. The course will cover the significant cases, rules, decisions, and opinions issued by the Florida Supreme Court in 2022, or that were still being considered by the court at the end of 2022. The course will also cover significant cases, rules, decisions, and opinions that the court is expected to release in 2023. The course will be divided in three main categories: rule changes, criminal cases, and civil cases.
