Please join the ACS Chicago Lawyer Chapter, ACS Chicago-Kent Student Chapter, ACLU of Illinois, and Mayer Brown for our annual Supreme Court hybrid event. The most recent U.S. Supreme Court term was the most conservative in a century and the catastrophic decisions handed down included cases on abortion, religious liberty, rights of residents of Puerto Rico, criminal defendants’ rights, voting rights, Indigenous rights, and free speech.

The program includes a discussion with legal experts of trends in the Supreme Court and the federal judiciary, the importance of the fight ahead in state courts, and the ongoing repercussions of last term. Panelists will also answer audience questions. Note: There will be COVID-19 protections at the event; read the COVID-19 guidelines.
