Join the ACS South Florida Lawyer Chapter for a discussion on the aftermath of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization and its implications on employment law. The program will feature Professor Kerri Stone, who teaches Employment Discrimination, Employment Law, Labor Law, and Contracts at the FIU College of Law focusing her research on anti-discrimination jurisprudence; Kelly Peña, an experienced employment lawyer representing employers in connection with a range of employment-related claims; and Michele Samaroo, an experienced Assistant City Attorney with the City of Hallandale Beach, Florida.
