Event Details

Join the North Carolina Lawyer Chapter for a discussion on how the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization affects North Carolina residents, including women and those who can become pregnant, and those who seek to travel to North Carolina for abortion services. North Carolina is one of several states where reproductive health rights endure even as surrounding states restrict or eliminate those rights. Its experience may hold lessons for folks in similarly situated states.

Featuring:

Susanna Birdsong, General Counsel/Vice President of Compliance, Planned Parenthood South Atlantic
Kristi Graunke, Legal Director, ACLU of North Carolina
Beverly Gray, Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Duke University
Ashley Hager, Partner, Troutman Pepper LLP
