Please join the ACS Oregon and Washington State Lawyer Chapters for a monthly discussion group with other local progressive lawyers about cases of regional or national significance. This month we will be discussion the Washington Supreme Court's decision last month in Conservation Northwest v. Commissioner of Public Lands, which interpreted the state's constitution and the Congressional enabling act that established the state to find that the state has broad discretion in how it manages public lands. This is an important and intriguing decision that further informs the state's constitutional responsibilities.
