Please join the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the American Constitution Society on April 14, 2022, at 5:00 pm for the first of two candidate forums with former Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley who is running to be the Democratic candidate for Governor of Ohio.
This candidate forum is part of ACS's Run.Vote.Work. initiative, focused on raising awareness of and voter engagement in elected offices, including those for positions like Governor that are critical to protecting the rule of law, the running of our elections, and the guardrails of our democracy.
This forum is the first of two our chapter will be holding with Democratic candidates to be Ohio's Governor to learn more about them and their plans should they be elected. Later this month, our chapter will welcome former Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley. Please note that there is also an active Republican primary and an Independent candidate for the Governor of Ohio.
