Spurred on by false claims of a rigged presidential election in 2020, multiple state legislatures are imposing new restrictions on voters, curbing the independence of election workers, and infusing partisan election officials with more power. Unfortunately, federal legislation aimed at addressing these issues has stalled.

Join us for a discussion with Richard L. Hasen, a distinguished legal scholar, current professor at the University of California, Irvine, School of Law, and an expert in elections law to find out.
