DESCRIPTION: Join the American Constitution Society for the premier progressive legal gathering of the year. The 2024 ACS National Convention will bring together lawyers, law students, judges, scholars, activists, and policymakers to address some of the most urgent and challenging issues confronting our nation.\nREFUNDS and CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to keep registration rates as low as possible for all attendees, ACS will not provide refunds for cancellations received after March 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET. ACS will reimburse all fees paid minus a $50 administrative fee for cancellations received prior to this deadline.\nIf you are no longer able to attend after the March 31st deadline, please email info@acslaw.org to have your event fee converted to a tax-deductible donation.\nA NOTE ABOUT COVID-19: By attending the ACS Convention, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and further acknowledge that you understand and will follow all health and safety protocols established by the Centers for Disease Control, and the local health department, as implemented by ACS and the hotel. Failure to abide by all health and safety protocols implemented for the event is grounds for being asked to leave the event without a refund.\nBefore registering for or attending ACS National Convention, please review our sexual harassment policy: ACS is committed to maintaining a work environment that is free from all forms of discrimination and harassment. In keeping with this commitment, ACS will not tolerate discrimination against or harassment, including sexual harassment, of any ACS employee or persons attending ACS events, by anyone, including any member of the Board of Directors, supervisors, co-workers, direct report staff, or event staff/attendees.
