The Britney Spears conservatorship case has captured the world's attention and imagination causing speculation, accusation and misinformation around an otherwise overlooked area of law. Join ACS Los Angeles, New York Lawyer Chapters, along with the Coalition to Assist Limited Capacity New Yorkers, as this panel of experts will dispel misconceptions about guardianship/conservatorship, discuss the unique and universal aspects of the Britney case, and share proposed reforms to improve the system.
