Discussions of student debt cancellation dominated the political cycle in 2020, and continue as President Biden rolls out his plans to stabilize the US economy in the wake of COVID-19. Join the ACS Bay Area, Austin, DC, Georgia, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Oregon Lawyer Chapters, the Center for Responsible Lending, UNIDOS, and the Harvard Project on Predatory Student Lending to discuss the state of student lending in America, the student loan crisis in Black and Brown communities, and how President Biden can use the powers of the Executive to end the problem now.
