Resolved, That Donald John Trump, President of the United States, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors and that the following article of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate: Article 1: Incitement of Insurrection.

With oral arguments set to commence in Trump's second impeachment trial, please join the ACS Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Austin, Bay Area, Georgia, Madison, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Nashville, New York, and Orange County Lawyer Chapters and our co-sponsors for a discussion of the legal and constitutional issues that make this impeachment trial particularly unique and, perhaps, even more significant than previous presidential impeachment trials. Panelists will discuss the constitutionality of impeaching a former official; what lessons should be drawn from past impeachments; and whether the impeachment power itself is really a meaningful check on bad actors.
