Event Details

Please join the ACS Arizona Lawyer Chapter for the panel discussion on Election 2020: Threats to Democracy. This discussion will address the prospects for interference with this year's state and federal elections through criminal investigations and the Supreme Court's lifting of the consent decree that limited the RNC's "ballot security" campaign for 35 years. The panel will also address efforts through litigation to suppress and protect votes. Following the panel discussion there will be an opportunity to hear briefly from Alex Gulotta from All Voting Is Local about that group's volunteer efforts to help protect the vote.
