This webinar will discuss the structural damage the Trump administration has done to federal agencies, focusing on personnel issues, including the lack of diversity in presidential appointments, ethical problems, related rule of law issues, and what the next presidential administration can do to address these problems. Speakers include Rudy Mehrbani of the Democracy Fund and Brennan Center, Donald Sherman of the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, Anne Joseph O’Connell of Stanford Law School, and Shomari Figures of the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies.

ACS has also created a talent database for lawyers who are seeking presidential appointments and share our commitment to protecting our democracy and the public interest and for improving people’s lives. To submit your materials for our database visit our Federal Executive Branch Appointments website.

As the nation's leading progressive legal organization, ACS is committed to ensuring that all aspects of our events are accessible and enjoyable for all.
