Join the ACS Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin Lawyer Chapters as we review several immigration cases brought before the Supreme Court in 2020 with special attention on the Court's decision in the case of Department of Homeland Security v. Regents of the University of California.
At this event, we will do a deep analysis of the Court's rulings and discuss the constitutionality of the Department of Homeland Security's current policy towards Dreamers. Additionally, we will also analyze the influence of social movements on the Supreme Court.
