As some workers start to return to the office, join the ACS Minneapolis-St. Paul, Austin, Chicago, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Los Angeles, and Washington, DC Lawyer Chapters, along with the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association, to learn about the protections that the federal government (EEOC) requires your employer to provide. We will focus specifically on what we can do to protect Black and Brown workers, who are more likely to be exposed to COVID-19 at work.
