Event Details

Join the Iowa Lawyer Chapter and the Drake Law School Student Chapter of the American Constitution Society for a discussion on changes to the U.S. immigration system and the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court.

There will be a panel discussion on issues relating to Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and Asylum and Refugee Protections. Our panelists will also share updates on immigration enforcement in Iowa and opportunities to get involved in the local response.
