Join the ACS Chicago Lawyer Chapter, the ACS Chicago-Kent College of Law Student Chapter, the Chicago-Kent College of Law Lambdas, and the Chicago-Kent College of Law Diversity Committee for a panel discussion about three Supreme Court cases that ask whether Title VII prohibits employment discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity (Bostock v. Clayton County, Altitude Express v. Zarda, and R.G. & G. R. Harris Funeral Homes v. EEOC).
