Join the ACS Tampa Lawyer Chapter, the People for the American Way, and the University of Tampa's Department of Political Science for a discussion with Elliot Mincberg on the interaction between judicial nominations and religious liberties.

For more than three decades, Elliot Mincberg has researched and analyzed the Supreme Court, the Department of Justice, religious liberty, and other civil rights and liberties issues. He has served as a legal director and general counsel for People for the American way as well as Chief Counsel for Oversight and Investigations of the House Judiciary Committee.
