Join the Dallas- Fort Worth ACS Lawyer Chapter for a review of the Fifth Circuit's decisions from the last term. The review will discuss qualified immunity, the anti-SLAPP statute, circuit splits, and the impact of recently confirmed judges on the Fifth Circuit.
