Join the ACS Los Angeles Lawyer Chapter and the ACS Loyola Law School, Los Angeles Student Chapter for a discussion on the state of money in politics with a focus on developments since Citizens United and the proposition of a Constitutional amendment. The event will touch on proposed responses including legislative action, legal action, and calls for a new constitutional convention.
