Join the Cardozo School of Law Student Chapter and New York Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society for a panel on legal issues faced by Native Americans, including: tribal sovereignty; disparate sentencing between crimes on and off reservations; the erosion of Native American voting rights; U.S. Supreme Court changes to the Indian Child Welfare Act; and police brutality.
